Daily Report
Every morning, the Daily Report is communicated to the management team via email and SMS. It provides an extensive overview of all the alert events from the past 24 hours.
Find
The "Find" application allows users to apply hundreds of filter combinations to retrieve detailed information about alert events, including data such as the respondent, date, time period, location, and audio.
Escalation
The escalation feature is a robust application that harnesses the power of the ProdOcean soft switch. This application allows a senior home to be divided into multiple operational pathways, effectively routing all incoming notifications to the appropriate respondents. Its strength lies in its ability to manage an infinite variety of incoming notifications and deliver them across numerous outgoing formats and devices.
Form
It could be called the "Ticket" application, enabling managers to report issues, request technical support, ask various questions, place product orders, and inquire about the range of services we provide to ensure quality. The form generates emails that document the communication between botwh parties until the situation is resolved.
Alert Consol
Designed like an airport terminal, the alert console application showcases all incoming notifications, along with their statuses and completion details. The console can be displayed on various screen devices via an IP connection and is similar to Console.Giant-Care, which is crafted for Windows PCs.
Areas
The application includes a detailed list of areas used by the escalation system to route the most relevant information to respondents, ensuring the best possible response to alerts. This information includes apartment numbers, common area IDs, senior resident data (including brief medical details), personal contact information, and associated alert equipment.
